I’ve had abs my entire life. I’ve worked out and been physically active my entire life. When I take creatine, I struggle to see my abs and feel like a whale (bloated/water logged). I wish i didn’t. I have always wondered is this just me? So much rave about this product yet I retain way too much water taking it. Maybe I’ll try to adjust my approach. Sidenote: I only took between 3-5g daily.
2 scambled eggs mushrooms tomatoe bacon slices lean 4 Toast 2 juice grapefruit or orange cuppa tea ..thats a good brunch brrakfast ..you wony need to eat again til 6/7 pm .. Then eat fish vrggies baked potstoe...fruit jelly ...❤

For more information on this subject, it's worth picking up a copy of The Science of Fitness by Dr Mark Hom, where he discusses the development of mitochondria from intense efforts and it's overall benefits (there's a short section written by former Tour de France winner Greg LeMond, who suffers from mitochondrial disease since he was shot in a hunting accident).
Surely this can be avoided using strength training?
My routine is eat brunch around 1pm ....shower ..make bed .hair face go in gym b4 going downstairs .. Get things done ..then relax and eat..preferably outside in garden get some sunlight . If going out ..do that .. walk everywhere....dont eat until around 6pm dinner ..snacks 8pm Watch movie ..then bed around 11.11 pm .. Sleep til 9.30 am or 10 am Get at least 9 hours sleep .. Hopefully restfull sleep ..! Have a good day folks ..stress free days n nights .... Eat healthy..veggies meat anything you like..... in moderstion ❤❤

Most normal working people don’t have that much room in their schedule to make such changes. When I get back from work, I only have 3 hours left in the day before bed. Perhaps this is one small cog in the machine of so many people being fat
also, would it be something to consider regarding the quality of protein as well as they way it's prepared. if you consume higher quality, i.e. pasture raised, and then cooked it gently or ate rare then you might absorb more vitamins/nutrients. While if lower quality meat is eaten that's cooked more then you might be lacking in nutrition when comparing.
Eat, drink and be happy. Better a short and happy life than a long and miserable one. Hypochondria is bad for you🙂

Creatine might make your muscles stronger and your recoveries faster but if its messing with your kidney GFR then you ultimally messing with your PH balance ,which is leaving your system in a more acid state so , surely your endurance type people should see a decrease in their performance? ( it does nothing for me unfortunately:() it would be interesting to see a study on creatine and elevated bicarbonate readings in the context of reduced GFR - that would tell you if the kidneys are picking up the slack from the creatine use.

I take several brutal anti-seizure medications and an opioid for hip pain. These cause awful brain fog. Creatine completely relieves me of that brain fog. I highly recommend that anyone suffering from this skip the loading phase and just do 5g per day. Give it several months and see if it works for you. A miracle for me.
